Gentle Leadership

We have created a practical, action learning based program for leadership development.  In collaboration with our business partner in Professional Performance Australia, Mr Ian McKenzie, we have included within this program a management development segment, Management Foundations.  The two components, Gentle Leadership and Management Foundations, integrate to form "Outcomes Focused Leadership".

The leadership development component, Gentle Leadership, provides participants with the opportunity to develop professional capabilities through action learning and gain qualifications in 4 units that can be claimed as credit towards an 8 point Masters degree.

Outcomes Focused Leadership The management development component, Management Foundations, provides participants with the opportunity to develop management competencies through action learning and gain qualifications in the Australian Quality Training Framework, nationally recognised in industry and commerce, and thus flexible and transferrable to employment beyond education.  Participants will receive a Diploma of Management and up to six additional Statements of Attainment.
