Scheduled Workshops Career Development-
Interviewing Skills: Interviewing with Authority.

(Code MS2)

A full day program that builds on the skills developed in MS1 (above). While completing MS1 is highly desirable, it is not essential for success in this workshop.

The optimum is to attend both workshops as close together as possible, to enable an integrated approach to both writing and interview preparation.

Participants learn how to present themselves to a selection panel so the panel can see the real person, their personal and professional qualities and the skills they bring to the new job. There are practical Do's and Don'ts, especially in using language that engages the panel rather than allowing it the opportunity of misunderstanding your communication style and marking you for elimination from the field. Far more preparation is required for a successful interview than for a successful written application.  Program dates allow adequate time for thorough preparation prior to interview, going a long way to building self confidence.
Cost $395.00 (incl. GST).  Pre-payment for workshop registration is required to ensure a place is secured.  Please refer to Refund Policy page for policy statement on refunds.

Where are we?  Where are we going? How will we get there? What is expected of us? What support do we need? How effective are we? What recognition do we get?)  Ideally this is a full  day program but flexibility can be built in to suit the needs of schools with crowded programs

Scheduled Workshops Team Development-
High Energy Teams program.

(Code HET)

Participants are required to have completed The Team Management Profile (Code TMP above) and the debriefing / development day.   The High Energy Teams development program is a follow-on, 3 to 5 day program spread over a negotiated period of time (usually 6 to 8 months) to allow skill development and embedment within the various phases.  The 8-issue  phase series covers the issues: Who are we? Where are we?  Where are we going? How will we get there? What is expected of us? What support do we need? How effective are we? What recognition do we get?
Skill development can be followed by confirmation through using the Strategic Team and Leadership Development Profile and a debriefing and planning day to ensure that gaps identified can be remedied.
Cost:
Profile: $66.00 per participant profile produced (incl. GST)
Debriefing and team development:  Facilitation fee + door to door costs where applicable.
Pre-payment for workshop registration is required to ensure a place is secured.  Please refer to Refund Policy page for policy statement on refunds.
