 The management skilling component of Outcomes Focused Leadership. Participants engage in workplace projects, and through action learning, can achieve up a Diploma of Management and up to 6 extra Statements of Attainment in the nationally recognised Australian Quality Training Framework.

  The outcomes from my coaching program and action learning units have been granted recognition in principle from the University of Southern Queensland.  Completing the program gives 4 units towards an 8 point Masters degree.
The ET program
   The ET Program, Excellence In Teaching, has been updated and redeveloped for launch in 2010.
