We guarantee that we will fulfil every order we receive. All orders
will be processed and forwarded by express post (or other method at customer’s request) within 48
hours of receipt of the order by the supplier. Where products may be downloaded from the website
and the Client requests the product be supplied as a CD, shipping charges will then be added to the
product price. Where the Client requests the product be supplied in hard copy (i.e., printed)
format, this will be supplied in full colour, laser printed format at an additional cost of $0.50
per page, plus shipping costs.
Clients in Australia should normally expect to receive their product
within one week of placing the order.

Export Policy
Servicing clients in Australia and world-wide. No known export
restrictions apply to the supply of our materials to any country outside Australia. Shipping
charges will be added to orders from countries outside Australia. The additional charges involved
will be advised at time of ordering as part of the sales process.

Refund policy
Cancellations will be refunded on the following basis: 2 + weeks notice - full refund 2 -13 days - 5% administration fee retained. Less than 48 hours notice - no refund is
possible.
The outcomes
from my coaching program and action learning units have been
granted recognition in principle from the University of Southern
Queensland. Completing the program gives 4 units towards an 8 point
Masters degree.
