Refund Policy

Every CD has been verified by the Supplier to be in working condition at the time of its manufacture.
Every website software download has been verified by the Supplier to be in working condition at the time of its upload to the website.
Every product supplied, whether as hard copy form (eg, CD) or software download is to be paid for before supply. Payment for the product is evidence of the Client's acceptance of this Refunds Policy.
Every workshop registration must be paid at the time of registration, with this being evidence of the Client's acceptance of this Refunds Policy.
The Enhanced Educational Solutions refund policy states that:

For products supplied as CDs where a Licence Agreement applies to the sale:
1. The Licence Agreement signed by the Client at the time of purchase from the web site, (and also provided with the software and available for examination at the Supplier’s web site) provides substantial warranties that protect the rights of the Client to return the software if it is defective. 2. If the product is faulty (and this is not due to the Client’s mishandling of the product by scratching, etc) a replacement of the faulty product will be supplied according to the terms of the Licence Agreement.
3. If product is returned within seven (7) days of receipt by the Client, in its original container and still sealed by the original seal, it will be refunded at 80% of its original cost, with the remaining 20% applied to the Supplier’s costs.

For Workshops, Consultancy services or Speaking engagements:
1. If due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client cannot undertake the workshop or other service at the agreed date, the Supplier agrees to transfer the date of the conference to a mutually agreed date without expense to the Client.
2. If the Client wishes to cancel participation in the workshop or engagement for other services, and no extenuating circumstances exist, cancellations will be refunded on the following basis:
2+ weeks notice - full refund
2 -13 days - 5% administration fee retained.
Less than 48 hours notice - no refund is possible.
